Jayson Scott, the son of American rapper Remy Ma, has reportedly been charged with first-degree murder. According to Fox 5, Jayson Scott, 23, along with another individual, faces charges including first-degree murder, two counts of weapons possession, and reckless endangerment.
These charges stem from the June 7, 2021 murder of 47-year-old Darius Guillebeaux in Queens, with investigators exploring the possibility of it being a murder for hire.
An arraignment is expected to occur at the Queens County courthouse. Jayson, who is also known as “Jace Smith,” appeared alongside his mother in several episodes of Love & Hip Hop: New York.
