Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck discreetly enlist a real estate agent to sell their $60 million Beverly Hills estate amidst rumors suggesting an impending divorce

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck quietly hire a realtor to sell their $60M Beverly Hills mansion amid reports

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have reportedly enlisted realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency to handle the sale of their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they acquired just last year. The couple, said to have been “living apart” for weeks, purchased the residence while seeking an ideal marital abode for their blended family.

Amid swirling rumors of an impending divorce, sources told TMZ that their realtor has been showcasing the property for approximately two weeks but has yet to secure a buyer. Reportedly, they’re seeking around $65 million for the house, with the couple facing a potential loss of millions due to the significant investments they made in improvements.

Additionally, TMZ mentioned that while Affleck remains at a $100,000-per-month rental in Brentwood, close to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, Lopez is already scouting for a new residence. Photos of the couple’s former marital home’s luxurious interior recently resurfaced on realtor websites, despite having been removed following the property’s sale to them last May. These images were confirmed by DailyMail to have been uploaded to Zillow.com on June 1 and June 5, although the house remains listed as sold.

The couple had purchased the home outright with cash after a two-year quest for their dream residence.
