Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen calmly admits

Michael Cohen, who was once a staunch ally of Donald Trump, has admitted to taking $30,000 from the Trump Organization after inflating his expenses related to payments made to a tech company called Red Finch.

Cohen’s testimony revealed that he received $20,000 in cash in a brown paper bag for services, including manipulating polls in favor of Trump in the 2016 election.

During a meeting in mid-2017, when asked if he needed to be repaid $50,000, Cohen agreed and kept the excess amount.

In response to Trump lawyer Todd Blanche’s question about stealing from the Trump Organization, Cohen calmly acknowledged, “Yes, sir.” Despite this admission, Cohen has not repaid the money to the organization.

During cross-examination, Cohen stated that a conviction would not financially benefit him; in fact, he suggested that an acquittal would provide him with more content for his podcast and media appearances.

Donald Trump is currently facing a trial on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.
