Lizzy Musi, a celebrated drag racer famous for her appearances on Discovery’s “Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings,” has passed away.

According to a family member, Lizzy died on Thursday, June 27, at her residence in North Carolina after a prolonged battle with breast cancer. Her father, Pat Musi, announced her passing on Facebook shortly thereafter, thanking her supporters for their unwavering encouragement.

Lizzy rose to prominence in 2018 when she joined the spinoff of ‘Street Outlaws’ alongside her father, an 8-time PDRA Pro Street World Champion. During the show’s second season, she made history as the first woman to win a ‘No Prep Kings’ event.

Last year, Lizzy publicly shared her breast cancer diagnosis, revealing that the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and liver. Throughout her treatment, she kept her fans informed, sharing updates and photos of her journey.

Shortly after her diagnosis, Lizzy began dating Jeffrey Earnhardt, grandson of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Sr. The couple was seen together in photographs just weeks before Lizzy’s untimely death.
